There is no doubt I know this business inside and out. I have hosted thousands of tenants including Actors, Business Professionals, Government Officials, and Tourists from all over the world. I have managed and set up hundreds of Homes for out-of-town and local owners. My services can include consulting on your short-term rental goals, staging for exceptional hosting, an online presence ( AIRBNB, VRBO, Etc setup and training), and professional photography with a descriptive write-up. You may take over as host or elect to take advantage of our Set up, Full Service, or Co-Host management plans. You decide! It's all up to you.. My passion is helping you succeed with your Vacation Rental Goals! This is just the in-person/in-home consultation it does not include Set up if you chose to retain my services further than consultation. This service can be set up as a live video chat in other locations.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 days prior or the booking fee will be forfeited.
